Schuitema is a Dutch furniture maker that was founded in the 1980s.
From the very beginning, Chief Designer Frits Schuitema found inspiration in the rich style periods of the 19th century.
The Schuitema brand was therefore built around collections that have since become recognised as classics in the international furniture world:  Decoforma (Art Deco), Art Nouveau and Arts & Crafts. In addition to regular expansions within the collections, Schuitema has also created a multifunctional contemporary furniture concept called ‘Fritzz’.
